Join me for a nourishing full-day retreat at Happy River Retreat in Wareham Forest — a peaceful sanctuary surrounded by nature. This special day is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and spend meaningful time with a community of like-minded people.

What the day includes

Dynamic Vinyasa Flow Yoga
We’ll start the day with an energising Vinyasa yoga class. Vinyasa links breath with movement in a flowing sequence, helping to build strength, flexibility, and balance. This dynamic style of yoga also improves circulation, boosts energy levels, and helps quiet the mind by bringing your awareness fully into the present moment.

Cold Water Plunges & Sauna
After our morning practice, you’ll have the opportunity to experience cold water plunges followed by time in the sauna. Alternating between hot and cold exposure can boost circulation, reduce inflammation, support muscle recovery, and strengthen the immune system. Many people also find it incredibly invigorating for the mind, helping improve resilience, mood, and mental clarity.

Plant-Based Seasonal Lunch
You’ll enjoy a delicious three-course plant-based meal made with seasonal ingredients. This nourishing lunch will support digestion, energy levels, and overall wellbeing while giving you time to relax and connect with others.

Time to Connect with Nature
The retreat takes place in the beautiful surroundings of Wareham Forest, offering space to walk, reflect, and simply enjoy being outdoors. Spending time in nature has been shown to reduce stress, calm the nervous system, and improve overall mental wellbeing.

Restorative Yin Yoga
In the afternoon, we’ll slow things down with a deeply relaxing Yin yoga session. Yin involves holding gentle poses for longer periods to target the deeper connective tissues of the body. This practice improves flexibility, supports joint health, releases tension, and encourages a meditative, calming state.

Sound Healing
We’ll close the day with a soothing sound healing session with Sarah. Using calming vibrations and frequencies, sound healing helps guide the body into a deeply relaxed state. This can reduce stress, support emotional release, and promote a sense of inner balance and peace.
