Have you ever been in a yoga class when the teacher says, “If it’s within your practice, you can bind”, and you think, “I want to… but how?” Or maybe crow pose and headstand feel exciting, but regular classes move too fast to actually explore them.

This 4-hour workshop is your chance to slow things down, ask questions, play, wobble, and learn. We’ll take vinyasa back to basics, then build it back up with curiosity and confidence. Expect movement, laughter, a little sweat, and lots of “aha” moments.

Hour by Hour:

  • DAY 1: Learn how breath powers movement and how simple poses set you up for everything else.

  • DAY 2: Break down sun salutations, twists, and transitions so they finally make sense.

  • DAY 3: Explore binds and crow pose step by step—no pressure, no forcing.

  • DAY 4: Try headstand foundations (with options!), then slow it way down with deep stretches and rest.

You’ll leave feeling stronger, more informed, and way more confident saying, “Yeah… this is within my practice.”
