Then, it shows up as a behaviour, rolling out your mat, showing up for yourself.

With time, it becomes a habit, a natural rhythm in your day.

It turns into a practice, something you nurture and grow.

Soon, it feels like second nature, flowing effortlessly through your life.

And eventually, it becomes simply who you are.
